I have had my computer repaired remotely after I got a virus. After my computer was cleaned, it was up and running within 1 hour without any loss of my files. It was easy to very affordable to connect remotely after clicking on a few links, and everything was explained over our phone call during the interactive process. While our primary focus since 2004 has been on medical, legal, and financial professionals, we currently have and currrently service other small and medium businesses and non-profit entities.

At this time we accept company checks, purchase orders from existing account, all major credit cards, Paypal and of course we accept cash. All parts must be paid for in advance and services are payable at the time rendered unless you are a contracted client.

Our onsite service area is limited to a 75 mile range including Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and all points in between.  You can see a map of our onsite area HERE.  We will also travel to your location outside this area with prior arrangements.

Unfortunately, we do not.  While we will service computers in employees homes as part of a package for your business, they must be directly related to your business.  For example, if we were establishing a remote access solution, we would necessarily work on a home computer.

We are located between Dayton and Columbus, Ohio.  Our business model allows us to service clients nationally with the same great services and prices as our clients enjoy locally.  We can overnight practically anything anywhere and can remote into any network with Internet access.

We offer a tiered pricing structure starting with our standard hourly rate for ala carte services, then prepaid customers who receive a discount for pre purchased blocks of hours, and we also offer contracted, managed services for complete coverage. For larger organizations, this has proven to be most cost effective.

Our offices are open from 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday.  Closed Saturday, Sunday, and all Federal holidays.  Onsite and remote assistance is available by appointment outside of normal business hours.
